Kiloh + Co. is looking for seasonal part-time help this holiday! Please read the description + requirements below before applying!

PART-TIME SEASONAL OFFICE ASSISTANT

This position is based out of our studio in Plymouth, MI with 6-10 hours a week, starting in November.

Duties include:

  • Managing shipping + packaging of orders
  • Dropping off orders at US Postal Service
  • Folding + organizing inventory
  • Managing customer service inquiries, returns, + exchanges
  • Picking up inventory from local printers
  • Help with pop-up/events as needed (outside and inside the studio)

This is the perfect job for someone looking for part-time work, a college student, etc.

Requirements:

  • Hours are slightly flexible but day-time hours will be required (about 2-3 days a week, 2-4 hours a day). An occasional Saturday may be required, but not common!
  • High attention to detail and customer service
  • Lover of folding + organization!
  • Ability to learn new programs quickly
  • Comfortable taking initiative
  • Able to carry boxes/packages up/down stairs 
  • Live close to Plymouth, MI + have reliable transportation

While this position is seasonal, there may be an opportunity to continue on a part-time (or full-time) basis after the holiday. Annnnnd you'll get Kiloh + Co. swag of course! 😉
